“Sorry for the delay in sending our sincere thanks for your help in selling our home. 

My original thoughts were that staging was silly – it was just common sense to clean up and de-clutter. We loved the house; surely it will sell. Wrong! After a frustrating 6 weeks, we learned that you need every ‘edge’ you can get in a less than stellar market.

After your visit, we set out to follow most of your instructions, opening wall space, re-arranging, freshening up, lots of interesting things that we never thought of. We were reluctant to ‘face the music’ in getting rid of some of the wallpaper, because it was either a ton of work on our part or a lot of money to pay someone else to do. It was easier to ignore it! Wrong again!

After another frustrating 6 weeks with potential buyers’ comments matching what you had told us they would say, we finally followed the rest of your instructions and in 10 days we had a SOLD sign in front of the house.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. If only we had brought you in BEFORE we listed the house…. And if only we had followed ALL of your instructions right away…. Well, I could have written this thank you note much sooner!

”I have walked through, sat in, stood in, peeked in, and I truly can not find one thing that I dislike about the "overhaul" in my living room. It flows very well. My oldest daughter has "discovered" the room and now takes the computer in to do her homework every night! So the transformation even made the house seem bigger because she is in her own space - which as a 12 year old is very important for us all! My husband has actually even commented on how much he likes it.
